How to order?

Simply choose the product, click “Add to Cart”, and select your desired quantity. Depending on the quantity, the price will automatically adjust according to our agreed terms. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping address and complete the payment.

How to return damaged products?
  • Return window - 30 days managed by Partners.
  • In case of Faulty device or any other situation when replacement is needed, Partners should exchange the device for the Purchaser. Pulsetto will replace the faulty device for the Partner, either with the next batch or as agreed.
  • The main point of contact for the Purchaser is Partner, all replacements, refunds and other is managed by Partner.

In exceptional cases, we can replace the device for the Purchaser by ourselves (e.g. Purchaser cannot visit Partner anymore… Partner is requesting an exception for other reason…). In order to do that, the Purchaser should email partnerhelp@pulsetto.tech and cc the Partner who sold the device.

*Each returned device must be registered in a completed Return Form for B2B. For any further questions regarding returns, please contact your Pulsetto account manager.

What is the lead time for wholesale orders?

We aim to handle and ship the wholesale orders within a period of 7 working days.

How can our customers register to the app without an order ID?

They can simply create an account by selecting the option indicating they haven’t purchased the device or don’t have an order ID.
