Pulsetto Shopify Collective Policy

1. Program Overview

Pulsetto offers approved retailers the ability to sell our products through Shopify Collective using a seamless dropship model. Retailers import our products directly into their Shopify store, while Pulsetto fulfills all orders and handles all shipping.

 

2. Agreement to Terms

By importing Pulsetto products and using the Shopify Collective connection with Pulsetto, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy and all terms contained within it.

Using our Shopify Collective offering constitutes acceptance of these terms, and such acceptance forms a binding legal agreement between you and Pulsetto.

 Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, or engaging in any prohibited actions outlined in this Policy, may result in immediate termination of your participation and potential legal action.


3. Pricing Structure

  1. Retailer cost is set at 20% off the retail price (automatically calculated in Shopify Collective).
  2. Retailers may increase the retail price, but cannot sell below Pulsetto’s retail price.
  3. Product prices and cost updates sync automatically.
  4. Taxes are handled through Shopify and are already included in retail pricing where applicable.


4. Order Fulfillment

  1. All orders are fulfilled by Pulsetto directly to the customer.
  2. Processing time: 1–5 business days.
  3. Tracking information syncs automatically back to the retailer's store.
  4. Retailers do not handle physical inventory.
  5. Shipping times vary by destination - please contact us directly (see point 12) for accurate delivery estimates.


5. Shipping

Free shipping on all dropshipping orders.

Pulsetto selects the most efficient carrier and delivery method per region.


6. Restricted Shipping Countries 

Pulsetto does not ship to the following countries through Shopify Collective:

Afghanistan, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Chad, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Faroe Islands, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Pakistan, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, The Netherlands, Thailand, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, United Kingdom.

Retailers must ensure their customers are not located in these restricted regions.
Orders placed to these countries will be automatically canceled and refunded.


7. Inventory Sync

Inventory levels sync automatically through Shopify Collective.

If a product goes out of stock, it will be temporarily unavailable for import or sale.


8. Returns & Refunds

  1. All returns must be approved by Pulsetto before the retailer issues any customer refund.
  2. Retailers remain the first point of contact for customer support.
  3. Refunds are issued only after returned products are received and inspected by Pulsetto.
  4. Unauthorized refunds issued by retailers will not be reimbursed.


9. Content Usage

  1. Retailers must use Pulsetto’s official product images, product descriptions, and branding assets.
  2. If a retailer wishes to use their own photography, it must be approved by Pulsetto beforehand.
  3. Modification of health claims or product function descriptions is strictly not permitted.


10. Prohibited Actions

  1. Sell below Pulsetto retail price.
  2. Repackage or rebrand Pulsetto products.
  3. Create custom bundles without written approval.
  4. Use unauthorized marketing claims or descriptions.
  5. You are not permitted to disclose, share, or distribute Pulsetto’s pricing, commission rates, margins, product cost details, or any other non-public business information to third parties (this restriction does not prohibit you from displaying the retail price of Pulsetto products to your customers as part of normal store operations).

 

10. Retailer Eligibility

  1. Retailers must operate a legitimate Shopify store.
  2. Participation requires approval from the Pulsetto B2B Partnerships team.
  3. Pulsetto reserves the right to accept or decline retailers at its discretion.

 

11. Privacy Choices

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information through your interactions with our website, including via cookies and similar technologies. We may also share certain personal information with third parties, such as advertising partners, to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests, and for other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, sharing personal information for targeted advertising across different websites may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you wish to exercise your opt-out rights, please follow the instructions below.

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat this - where applicable - as a request to opt out of any activity that may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising use of your personal information for the device and browser you used to visit our website.
